San Cristóbal de Las Casas, Chiapas / February 19, 2023. – After concluding a joint operatin to provide security at 25 strategic points in the Tlaxcala neighborhood, on the occasion of the 5 and 10 km marathon called “Ocotlán”, the Municipal Police Directorate in San Cristóbal de Las Casas confirmed white balance in this important sports fair.
In this regard, the Municipal Police highlighted the coordination and logistics work in which Transit and Municipal Civil Protection personnel also participated, to protect more than 300 athletes from various municipalities in the state, who traveled the scheduled route without any setbacks.
Finally, the Municipal Police Directorate made a broad recognition to the San Cristobalan citizens, since by showing exemplary conduct, it made it possible for San Cristóbal de Las Casas to position itself once again as a recognized venue for national and international sporting events.
