In San Cristóbal de las Casas, the Marca Chiapas 2024 Festival, “The Best of Our Land”, was inaugurated, to be held on July 4 and 5. Chiapas companies participate in the event that will present a variety of local products. The inauguration took place at the Casa Mazariegos Convention Center, in the heart of the city.
Aarón Álvarez, coordinator of the event, highlighted the participation of 10 national companies, three international companies and 52 Chiapas businessmen. “For tomorrow, there will be a crafts and catwalk contest in the center of the city, where 80 people from different regions of the state of Chiapas will participate,” he said.
Álvarez indicated that the catwalk, coordinated by the Marca Chiapas, will start around 7 p.m. on Friday. “In this exhibition you will be able to see companies from the region, sales of Chiapas products, hotel services, jewelry, crafts, amber, textiles, perishable products and a “We have a wide variety of quality products,” he added.
In addition, drinks, coffee, honey and other products will be presented. This event celebrates another year of the Chiapas Brand. “Today we had the presence of 13 buyers and we are satisfied with the participation. We invite people to visit us, they will be able to see and find different products of the Chiapas Brand,” concluded Alvarez.
