Like out of a horror movie, a Guatemalan man burned a woman alive on the New York subway, on December 21st.
A 33-year-old Guatemalan man was arrested after burning a woman alive on Sunday in a New York subway car, as it entered the Coney Island station.
According to Jessica Tisch, Police Commissioner, the subject approached “calmly towards the victim (…) and used what we believe was lighter fluid on the victim’s clothing (…) which was engulfed (in flames),” according to the police report.
The man, who was arrested shortly after at another station, was caught impassively observing the terrible scene that was leaked on social media.
The reason why the subject, who has been living in the United States for several years, committed such an act is still unknown.
