From the southern border to the northern border, Chiapas was present, from one pole to the other, through Governor Eduardo Ramírez Aguilar, who attended the presentation of the Mexico 2025 Tourism Fair, held in Rosarito, Baja California. Chiapas participated, and governors from different states met to strengthen strategic alliances and reaffirm their commitment to Mexico’s tourism and economic development. Ramírez Aguilar celebrated Chiapas’ presence at the event and noted that, now that the state has regained peace, efforts will focus on promoting it as a national and international tourist destination, working together with all sectors: economic, political, social, and religious.

Accompanied by Chiapas’ Secretary of Tourism, María Eugenia Culebro Pérez, and Segundo Guillén Gordillo, the general executive coordinator of the state’s SECTUR (National Tourism Office), the governor emphasized that the state offers a wide variety of tourism options, including archaeological sites, beach destinations, and, above all, spaces for adventure tourism, where community development is strengthened, alongside residents, in harmony with nature.

“Increasingly, people are looking to leave their comfort zones and explore beyond traditional hotel vacations. Going to Chiapas means experiencing contact with nature, experiencing those ancient trees, and admiring the richness of our flora and fauna,” he said, while detailing that among the activities available are hiking, rafting, camping, and birdwatching, as the state is home to almost 70 percent of Mexico’s birds.

Captured by the enthusiasm of the Chiapas representatives, the president danced alongside the parachicos and women of Chiapas, while appreciating every detail of the pavilion, framed with the slogan “Chiapas, Extraordinary by Nature,” which shone with its color, handicrafts, and striking images of its natural beauty and Magical Towns.

Governor Ramírez is promoting a strong tourism alliance with the Republic of Guatemala.

On another note, Governor Eduardo Ramírez Aguilar also met with the Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Guatemala, Harris Whitbeck, within the framework of the Mexico 2025 Tourism Fair. They agreed to establish a bilateral collaboration agreement to promote Chiapas as a destination and create tourism corridors between the two nations. “Chiapas is a safe state and is ready to welcome visitors from around the world,” the governor stated, emphasizing that today, both domestic and international tourists can confidently explore the state’s various destinations and travel safely and safely on the roads.

Ramírez Aguilar recalled that a few months ago, the Guatemalan Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned its citizens about the risks of visiting or traveling through the border area with Chiapas due to the ongoing violence. However, thanks to the security strategy implemented since the beginning of his administration, peace has been restored to the region. He also noted that, according to the results of the most recent national security survey, Chiapas has established itself as the second safest state in the country, positioning it as a world-class tourist destination, with a wide range of activities, including adventure tourism, beaches, archaeological sites, Magical Towns, and a rich cultural heritage that leaves a lasting impression on visitors. That’s all there is to it.

It is important to mention that the judge is a prominent Chiapas native. Close sources associate him with a group of Masonic brothers with extensive experience in Mexico City, who have dedicated themselves to altruistic work for the benefit of society and its well-being. We must recognize people with experience and professionalism, with a sense of humanity, who assume respected positions in the judicial system. Congratulations.

ICATECH family in Villaflores. – The accusations of nepotism and Influence peddling at its peak at the Villaflores Institute for Training and Technological Liaison (ICATECH), where key positions have been placed: the wife, cousins, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and the entire family. The director of that institution, Julio Erasto Rojas Alabat, has taken advantage of his position and the cronyism of the controversial state director of that institution, Cesar Espinosa Morales, to place his relatives in strategic positions even though they lack the experience or the profile. An investigation is urgently needed. In short.
