Four operational commanders from the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP), stationed at the El Amate prison, were arrested for child pornography and illegally exercising public office. The prison director, Pascual “N,” is a fugitive, and authorities are offering 500,000 pesos to anyone who provides information leading to his location.
Jorge Luis Llaven Abarca, the State Attorney General, after reporting the above at a press conference, stated that the motive for the murder of the YouTuber Yudiel Flores Tovar, “El Coyote Consentido,” convicted of child abuse, which occurred on April 14 at the El Amate prison, “was revenge” and was perpetrated by “two inmates who were also in the prison.”
The official added that the partner of the “consentido coyote,” Christian “N,” was arrested in the municipality of Matías Romero, Oaxaca, also accused of child pornography, because “she facilitated minors to visit him in his cell, posing as her children.”
He explained that, in coordination with the Oaxaca State Prosecutor’s Office, the partner of El Coyote Consentido, Christian “N,” was arrested “after various investigations. It was established that she frequently visited Yudiel Flores and facilitated his access to minors, posing as the mother.”
Christian “N” “was transferred to Chiapas, and is now being held in El Amate, as a suspected perpetrator of child pornography,” the Prosecutor said.
“There will be no impunity for any public servant who swerves to fulfill their legal responsibilities, and we will act decisively against any criminal act in which they are implicated,” Llaven Abarca stated, announcing that custodians Luis Miguel “N”, José Avelino “N”, Miguel Ángel “N”, and Óscar Antonio “N” were also arrested for child pornography and illegal performance of public office.
The prosecutor added that after the discovery of Yudiel Flores’ body, various forensic investigations were carried out to find those responsible. It was determined that the motive for the murder was revenge against two inmates who were also being held at the “El Amate” prison. These were Francisco “N” and Marco Antonio “N,” who were being held in Module 4, while the YouTuber was in Cell 3.
Furthermore, the Attorney General announced that a Reward Agreement of 500,000 pesos had been signed for anyone who could provide reliable information on the whereabouts of Pascual “N,” former director of the “El Amate” prison. He requested public support.
On April 14, the Chiapas Attorney General’s Office confirmed the murder of YouTuber Yudiel Flores, known as “El Coyote Consentido,” whose belongings included a cell phone with images of him engaging in sexual activity with minors. The images were allegedly brought into his cell phone at the El Amate prison, where he was serving a sentence of more than 70 years for child abuse and pornography.
Information about his partner, Christian “N,” was also found on the cell phone. He allegedly visited him in prison and brought him minors he passed off as his children, with whom “El Coyote Consentido” would take photographs.
Yudiel Flores was linked to a case being pursued by the FBI for the arrest in Australia of one of the world’s largest child abuse networks, where he was identified as “Demonio Azul.” He was also serving a sentence for the rape of a minor with autism from San Cristóbal de Las Casas.
