San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas.- Four people who were traveling in a speedboat, on a tributary that feeds the Chicoasén dam, were rescued after a fire broke out, the Ministry of Civil Protection reported. 

The incident occurred this Saturday at 11:58 am, when the water vehicle with number 8, of the Osumacinta Self-Service Cooperative Society, began to catch fire, so the call for help was immediately launched and elements of Civil Protection arrived at the scene. and Municipal Police.  

The boat had already been consumed by the flames by 70%, but fortunately the occupants were not damaged. 

In the boat were Carolina Martín, Luis Gómez, Diana Reyes, and Rodrigo Lara, owner of the unit that belongs to the Osumacinta Self-Service Cooperative Society.
