Cascadas de Agua Azul is a natural wonder in the state of Chiapas, just 60 km south of Palenque.
It is a protected area with a stretch of shallow canyons and cliffs, where you can see the white-turquoise-blue water mixing with natural pools.
The vegetation is mountain jungle and in some parts covers the river. It is an ideal place to observe exotic fauna.
